The Trail Tech repair service restores product to manufacturer specification. International customers are welcome, but international shipping charges will be added to the cost of the repair.

Do you have a Trail Tech product in need of repairs, fixing, or servicing? Trail Tech will be happy to help. Products no longer covered by warranty may still be sent to us for repair.

No pre-authorization is necessary. Fill out the product repair request form and send it in with the item. Include a printed copy of any e-mail correspondence you have had with us concerning the item. We recommend shipping with UPS so you can track it. Trail Tech will return the item by UPS standard ground shipping and can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most of the time we will be able to repair the product 3-5 days after we get it, but sometimes it will take longer. Please be patient as some repairs can be intensive.
